Our employed installers will look after you & your home.
We will do our absolute best to cover over everything with clean dust sheets and have a really good clean at the end of every day leaving you with just a lovely new wardrobe to fill up.
Please ensure our installers have a safe clear path to the working area & that the room is cleared of all items enabling us to work efficiently & safely.
We cannot be held responsible for any damages that occurred to items left in the room or damages incurred working around items left in the room. If we need to move items on our arrival we will endeavor to move them safely but cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred.
Because of the tools & the materials we use all of our cutting will be done inside the property. Our installers all carry clean dust sheets & a good working hoover for them to have a good clean at the end of every day!
Provided the installers have got clear access into the property from the garage & our tools are secure then absolutely they can.
However this is something that would need to be agreed upon before our arrival to ensure we have allowed enough time for installation.
Full settlement is required on completion of the works to the installers so please ensure the bill payer is present when installation / delivery is completed.
You will receive an automatic email confirming the date, time & installer assigned to your order & a reminder the day before.
